21-0245-BS  Live edge Spalted Myrtle burl slab, cut: 50 x 30 x 3.5 inches.  The cuts are straight and flat and parallel to each other. Myrtle wood is said to be found in only 2 places in the world, Northwest coast of California/Oregon and Israel. The Holy Crucifix was made from Israeli Myrtle wood. Some are dry and some wet so give it time to acclimate to your area before finishing. Work it, use it but no finish for a month.
