Mrt25-2798 Myrtle Burl 30x20x1.75" , cut recently into slabs in Eureka. Dead for around 2-10 years. Let these slabs acclimate to your area for about 2 to 4 months. Work it and use it, but do not finish until dry.  This sale is for 1 unfinished piece, rough sanded and cleaned up, but not finished. Myrtle wood is said to be the very wood used for the crucifix of Jesus.

I have been cutting and selling live edge woods like Poplar, Redwood, Maple, Myrtle, Willow, and some Buckeye, Madrone, Oak, etc., from the Eureka, Calif. area for around 60 years now, and I am still learning something new about our native woods every few days.
