MRT25-3086 Myrtle Burl 36x30x1.5" was recently cut into slabs in Eureka. It has been dead for around 2-10 years. Allow this slab to acclimate to your environment for about 2 to 4 months. Work with it and use it, but do not finish until it is dry. This sale is for one unfinished piece, rough-sanded and cleaned, but not polished or finished. Myrtle wood is said to be the same wood used for the crucifix of Jesus.
