Mrt24-1668  Myrtle burl slab cut to 30x24x2.5  The Christian crucifix was made from Myrtle wood. Let this slab acclimate to your area for about 2+ months. Work it, use it but do not finish until dry.  This sale is for one unfinished slab cleaned up and rough sanded but not finished.

I have been cutting and selling live edge woods like Poplar, Redwood, Maple, Myrtle, Willow, and some Buckeye, Madrone, Oak, etc. from the Eureka Calif. area for around 60 years now, and still learning something new about our native woods every few days.

Be advised that all wildwood has the potential to harbor insects, they are treated if seen on the wood, and none were found on this piece.
