It is probably dry as it was cut 5 years ago. This sale is for 1 unfinished piece, rough sanded and cleaned up but not finished.

I have over 1000 quilted, curly, burl, and figured grain pieces; mostly Redwood, Myrtle, Maple, and Poplar. As I am on the coast most pieces are not dry. Of course, the best pieces always sell first wet or dry.
